A former Indianapolis Colts cheerleader, Monica holds a BA in Journalism from Indiana University. This mother of two describes herself as "outgoing, fun-loving and very competitive." When she applied for the Race, her husband was playing professional football for the Atlanta Falcons. One of her reasons for applying was, "to experience what my husband has experienced the last 11 years and have the roles reversed for a while!"
