Millie has a BA in Communication Arts from Bryan College in Dayton Texas and once appeared on The Tonight Show. In her late 20s when she applied for the Race, Millie was working as an Environmental Teacher at the Tennessee Aquarium. Mille and Chuck had been dating for 12 years when they appeared on the show and were known as the Virgins.
Much like fellow competitor Chris, Millie lists the long, sleep-deprived bus trip from Milan to Cortina as one of her favorite Race memories - culminating when they stepped on the mat with their newfound friends for a three-way tie for first place.
